Is there any toll which scans the transactions logs and gives report in real time?

Hi all,

I want to know if there is any tool which scans the transaction logs of
the exchange server and generates report in real time?
I need report generated contniously each second.
I need report with Mailbox size of each user with the time slot as other
parameter.
