Even scanning the transaction logs wouldn't give you that.
If you take a look at eseutil /ml, you can get some of that information
tho -- after a log switch has happened.
Some of the info is in perfmon.
To get what you want would require a custom developed application plus
some information that isn't public to decode the contents of the
transaction log.
It would be a non-trivial development effort.

I need to develop a report which gives me the details of the user
mailbox total size at every second and the tasks performed as well.
We have to evaluate our product with the exchange server.

Why would you need to know the size of users mailboxes every second?
What exactly do you want the reports to show you?

I want to know if there is any tool which scans the transaction logs of
the exchange server and generates report in real time?
I need report generated contniously each second.
I need report with Mailbox size of each user with the time slot as other
parameter.
