InoculateIT for Exchange

Anyone ever used Computer Associate's (CA) eTrust InoculateIT 6.0 w/ the
Exchange Option?
Have a client who is using it on NT4/Exchange 5.5 and it doesn't seem to be
pickin up a lot of the infected attachments. The users are getting them w/ the
RealTime Monitor on the desktop.
Just curious if anyone has used this product and their thoughts on it. Right
now, I'm not too impressed.
