How to grant rights on multiple Public folder?

Hi all,
I am doing a task where I need to grant rights to a user on six Public
Folder. But the problem is that, these six folders are containing multiple
sub folders.
The server is on Exchange 5.5. So please guide me on how can we make this
task simple? Is it necessary to have any third party tool for the same or
we can do that without it as well.
And if it's possible only with a third party tool, then which tool?
