I would recommend using the Sender Filtering option, not the Connection
Filtering option, and don't forget to turn it on on your SMTP Virtual

Hi
We have one user left the company.
I blocked her not to send any mails to our users.
This is the procedure i followed
Under System Manager/Global Settings/Message Delivery.
Properties of message delivery/connection filtering.
I put the display name with dns suffix like ( yahoo.com)
Tell if i am missing any thing. where else i can set up not to receive
any
mails from the user which left the company.
