How to block emails

Hi
We have one user left the company.
I blocked her not to send any mails to our users.
This is the procedure i followed
Under System Manager/Global Settings/Message Delivery.
Properties of message delivery/connection filtering.
I put the display name with dns suffix like ( yahoo.com)
Tell if i am missing any thing. where else i can set up not to receive any
mails from the user which left the company.
