        Open Exchange Administrator then go to the recipientâs
container. Double click the mailbox click the advanced tab check the box
that says Hide from the address book.

        I want to hide some addresses form the GAL a s they have two
email ids. How can I do this .I have some custom recipient addresses
(SMTP) which I am using for mail forwarding. I want to hide this address
