Hi

Sorry should have been more clearer.
I have a monitoring software (Quests Spotlight on Exchange) that monitors the
health of Exchange servers. This software runs on a different server to
Exchange and runs as a special user account. This account needs full exchange
admin rights. Also the exchange organisation is in a different forest, but
there is trusts between the two.

Thanks

You don't have Service Accounts in Exchange 2000 or Exchange 2003
