We use a program called ScriptLogic, available from www.scriptlogic.com
It will allow you to setup part of the script to automatically set the users
mail profile on the computer they are using. The whole program is a very
easy to follow GUI with many options that can be setup for users, groups,
etc. Well worth it, when considering how much time is saved.

I have an issue with some off-site users. We just implemented an exchange
2000 server and I have moved most of my users from our old 5.5 server. My
problem is this. Since the new exchange 2000 server is on a different
domain, how can I get my off-site users to change their domains? We have
tried to dial them into the RAS on the new server to no avail. I have not
moved their mail to the 2000 server, and they are configured on the old 5.5
server.
Each off-site client is running windows 2000 (sp2) with Outlook XP. The
server is running server 2000 (SP2) with exchange 2000 (SP2).
The old exchange 5.5 server (SP4) is running on NT 4.0 (sp6)
