For clarification, is the recipient external to MSExchange and does the
same problem occur from other MSExchange clients on your server? And if
external, how are you sending to the external addresses?

Hello all, I'm having this problem.
One of my users sends email to 123@xxxxxxx <mailto:123@xxxxxxx>   the
email leaves the outbox, but never reaches its destination.  We have
call the recipient and ask him if he got the message but he doesn't.
What's weird is that I never get a NDR and if I checked the queues the
email is not there.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
