One good way to start troubleshooting this is by using the tracking utility within Exchange manager Tools. You will be able to see where the mail was transfered to. You can then acertain wether the mail is actually being delivered to the correct location. If affirmative, you should start to strongly suspect that the problem is at the receiving end. You will have to contact the sys admin of that domain. -----Original Message----- From: Curtis L. And if external, how are you sending to the external addresses? Curtis L. Russell, CPA L.I.F.E., Inc. One of my users sends email to 123@xxxxxxx the email leaves the outbox, but never reaches its destination. We have call the recipient and ask him if he got the message but he doesn't. What's weird is that I never get a NDR and if I checked the queues the email is not there. Any help on this would be appreciated.
