They are trying to determine if there are employees that don't access
their mailboxes at all.

As far as I know, read vs. unread is a MAPI property and is only
available per item.
What is it that you are actually trying to accomplish?

Does anyone have info regarding this? We have several people
wanting to investigate if users are actually managing their email.

Is there an easy way without opening every mailbox to
get a count on unopened emails for everyone in a store?

                Many thanks in advance
