Nothing from Microsoft as of now.After re-creating her login account does it solved the proble. OWA does not have anything to do with the machine ( unless its a browser issue)
doing a isinteg of the exchange database should not take much time although. 5 minutes per GB.

I could just recreate her login account, but is there a utility to run a
single mailbox check?
