Now may be a decent time to consider switching from two apps to one (BB + ItrezzoAgent =>>WinCE devices). If history is any guide though, prying a BB from a user is next to impossible. They love 'em regardless of what happens which is why I refer to them as a 'crack' berry; users are addicted to them even if it's easier or more sane to do it another way. One approach I've seen is to offer both with levels of service depending on the platform chosen. For instance, the BB may have messages etc, but the CE device may offer attachments. If you choose the BB, you choose not to have full fidelity with attachments. Etc. Just a few thoughts. Good luck. We have an older version blackberry (not sure at the moment which version). We also purchased the ItrezzoAgent which they were never able to get to work with our current setup (NT4., Exchange 5.5). -----Original Message----- From: Mulnick, Al [mailto:Al.Mulnick@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, March 26, 2004 1:08 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: BlackBerry and Exchange 2003 http://www.MSExchange.org/ Reading attachments is dependent on you having the program to read them with. I.E. if it's a word doc, you need a word program (viewer or other) to read it. CE devices usually have such applications loaded making it pretty easy to read attachments with. I wouldn't want huge attachments that way due to screen size and keyboard sizes, but it's available. I prefer a CE device to a crackberry, but only because of the architecture it requires. OMA is built in, albeit with a little less functionality. Keep in mind, I'm not fancy when it comes to mobile access, so some of the advanced berry features do nothing for me. The Itrezzo agent for Blackberry or Outlook Mobile Access? Can you read attachments with OMA or do you still need Itrezzo. Thanks. Seabass -----Original Message----- From: A. M.
