hi,
    There is no way to block attachment in exchange server itself. You can
use spam filter software or antivirus kit to block such attachments. Am
using Group shield for Exchange its working fine.

Can I filter attachment file at exchange server? If there is some type
of attach file such as ".exe", I want to remove. Do I need to user other
