Well, for this one client it's not alphabetized; that's why I ask if there
is a setting somewhere for this. This also occurs in her own Personal
Address Book. It is NOT alphabetized.

It's alphabetised on the display name by default. You can implement "Address Book Views" in Exchange 5.5 or an alternative address list in Exchange 2000 (ESM - Recipients - All Address Lists (or all GALs) depending on your version and requirement.
How does the GAL appear to be coming out anyway btw?

I have a client computer using Outlook 2000 that opens the GAL in a jumbled order. Is there a setting to alphabetize the list? Also, most of my other clients alphabetize on first name, can I change that to last name.
