Additional exchange 2000 - OWA does not work

Hi
We have a win2k server with Exchange 2000. Last week we installed an
Additional Domain Controller of win2k in the same forest and installed
Exchange 2000 on it. we are planning to move all mailboxes from old server
to new server. but before doing so we make a test by creating a few new
temporary mailboxes.
When we shift these mailboxes from old server to the new server it's working
very fine with Outlook but when we try their web access, then after login we
get a loading... message in the content frame and nothing comes. we always
give 20-30 minute time to the server to synchronize the database after
moving mailbox.
Any ideas....
