after rereading the article a few times - i understand it better. what
i think they are doing (if we can believe the newspaper) is that in
one moed a year (they mention 4 moadim, but i suppose they mean
winter, summer aleph, and bet) - the unseens will be appropriate for
the haredi sector (i suppose - not about TV, movies, internet...).
that unseen will be given to all students who are tested in that moed.
at first i thought there was going to be a different test for the
haredi students. but what i understand now seems to make more sense.
