**** ETNI on the web http://www.etni.org.il http://www.etni.org **** When you copy and paste text from e-mails or internet sites and get short lines, you can generally correct it pretty easily. Open edit replace, press on "more" and then on "special" . Choose "manual line break" for the "find" part, and put a "space" (a space, not the word "space"), for the "replace part" and then do "replace all". This usually does it. If that doesn't work, try one of the other options listed under "special". If it is a long text, you might want to make sure paragraphing is not wiped out along with the short lines. To do that, BEFORE you eliminate the short lines, insert a character mark, such as $, after each paragraph. (you can even put in two of them). After you shorten the lines, do edit replace, and replace the $ mark with ^p (that is the symbol for paragraph breaks). Putting the symbol twice means you will have a blank line between paragraphs Of course you can also change the document's font to any font, and/or size you want.
