Hi all,

Without going into the details of specific modules and questions, I also
found it difficult to answer some of the questions given on Bagrut day.

So, once again we are our own worst enemy. (I mean the system). I felt that
some of the tests were more of an IQ exam than an English assessment test.

If I had to call the Moked to find out the correct answer to a question,
what is a standard every day pupil supposed to do????????????!!!!!!!!!!!

If the test presents a complicated question rather than a straight forward
question, what is being assessed?; The students' intelligence or their
English????????????

I have it on excellent authority that it doesn't matter how much any of us
complain, decisions regarding said questions will be made according to final
results.

If enough students answered said questions incorrectly then....

I won't even go into the problems with the Ethiopian students, it's just too
difficult and sad to talk about.

I agree with other teachers on the list: These tests need to be checked out
before they are given to our students!!!!!!!!!

To the powers that be: If so many of us from all walks of Israeli life are
saying the exact same thing on the list without having done any "TEUM
GIRSA'OT",

What does that say to you???????????????

Shabbat Shalom!

Nathan Singer
