[etni] Looking for an app that reads picture of text aloud

Hi! I am looking for an app that I can put on my iPad that will either take
a picture of text or allow me to upload a picture and then read it aloud to
me. I want my son to be able to take a picture of a page in a book and have
the app read it to him. I bought "speak it" and it seems like I should be
able to do that but I couldn't figure out how. If anyone has any advice, I
would greatly appreciate it.
