Subject: using CD's in the bagrut exam Hi guys, My school was one of the schools to get CD's on the exam. Indeed it was a great change to the old cassettes but still something is still missing. I fail to understand why, if we already go along with modernization, don't the CD's have different tracks on them (one for the unseen and a few for the questions...) The CD only had one single track and the students found it quite difficult to operate the CD in going forward and backwards every time they wanted to skip to something. Moreover, one of my students didn't have a pause key on his CD so he changed in the middle of the exam to cassette as when he used the CD he couldn't stop in the middle and had to go back to the beginning every time. I still think CD's are much better than cassettes, well it was easier to convince the students to bring cd players than walkman... (what's a walkman??? They say). Maybe in the not so far future we could get an mp3 file on a secured site on the net which we could download on the day of the exam and upload their devices... imagine the money it would save to the ministry... Well just a thought...
