I am looking for a good novel to study in a boy's yeshiva high school for
native English speakers. The students are a mix of English speakers from
Canada, USA , Israel, Australia and England. The classics such as "To Kill a
Mockingbird" don't make the grade with the students. They studied "Lord of
the Flies" last year. This is for both grades 9 and 10. Any suggestions for
a great modern literature text would be welcome.
