Subject: gmulim

Adele -- those among us who topped out gmulim -- do not get an additional
increment. I never handed in my NBA paper in 2003 ( the first year / pilot
course) for that reason
Took the course, passed it on to my staff at school, but did not do a final
paper.

And -- gmul for the course is NOT the same as gmul for doing work each
year.

I guess that depends on the eyes of the reader. But to answer your claim at
the worthiness of being paid for writing the projects in the first place - I
agree.

Gmul for that course - which means I am being paid now more money every
month for having taken the course (ah- not a whole lot - but it IS something
- I would, of course, be glad if it were more)- and having written my final
project, which was a project plan - which - if I wish, I can use ad
infinitum, ad nauseum. If I wish to adapt it, improve on it, change the
topic so that _I_ am not bored - THAT is my prerogative.

And if anyone can get us more money for working with those 14 year old
gas-passers, I am all for it (and what about compensation for teaching the
lesson AFTER Phys ed?)
