 Dear Etni readers, including those annoying lurkers who accost me at weddings 
thru the mehitsa and say, I always read your stuff, but I never answer.   Here 
I am again, begging for advice, most of which I never take anyway.   

I am writing this on behalf of somebody who would rather not be known, that is 
to say, my significant other, the one I'm married to.   

She has been employed by an organization that uses the GOOGLE CALENDAR to set 
appointments and match professionals with working rooms and time slots. ( From 
what I can make out, the Google calendar is a lot like the gregorian calendar, 
except there is an extra month in the summer called Google.)   

So far so good?   

Now the problem is that, every few days she can't get back into the calendar to 
access the rooms she already registered. Her password never seems to work, and 
she needs an hour of re coding and a wait of several hours to re define the 
password.  This includes typing in a lot of little numbers and having to look 
at a word that's been painted by a drunk and you have to guess what the letters 
are and code them in.     

This is catastrophic, as the clients are those who are still recovering from 
the trauma of the summer and the last thing they need is to show up for therapy 
and find another five hysterical people in the same room making noises like air 
raid sirens and the therapist is somewhere else entirely wondering why the room 
is empty.   For all this, she blames me, sure in the knowledge that I sneak 
into cyberspace in the wee hours and tippex over her password, out of sheer 
sadistic maliciousness.   

Could it be possible that our computer (whose antics are familiar to you from 
past articles and letters,) is somehow erasing her password?   How can I help 
her access her locked rooms, restore myself in her good graces, and live 
happily ever after?
