Ok, let me rephrase that. I think that "native speakers" was referring to
native speaker classes, which are also called "English speakers" and often
include students who are very good at English but are not actually native
speakers (in fact, that's normally the case in my English speakers class).
These are the kids who take the 5-point exam in 11th grade. Since no 12th
graders took the new modules this year, the kids who took all three modules
for the 5-point exam in 11th grade would be the kids we refer to as "English
speakers".
That said, I think it's important to point out that many "regular"
5-pointers took module E in 11th grade and module E seems to have been, in
general, the most problematic of the three, so maybe the "native speakers"
group should reconsider their name.
