Folks,

The latest issue of Communications of the ACM is focused on End-User Development
- EUD.

This issue will be online next month - in the meantime - definate good synergy
here. I will add EUD keywords and search tokens to the EPR website.

Also - I may find time to search out EUD sources and add some links too.

My initial thoughts are EUD is not End-User Design. This is where EPR comes in
- providing the design framework that supports EUD for eService applications.

Agents figure heavily in EUD. Again - the semantic underpinning and formal
structured interface metaphors in EPR are great delivery vehicles.

Enjoy, DW
