I have checked both my server and my connection and they seem fine.
That doesn't mean it works, it means that we should cooperate to find

Please, do not use Internet Explorer for that task. Use better, for
example, Firefox. I think that Internet Explorer has some trouble when
accessing servers using authentication (user and password). Please,
keep that in mind.
BTW, please, try to reply normally with "Reply to All", that way the
answer gets into the list.
Could you, please, try the link with Firefox and tell me if you are
successful or not? Here it is, again:

(leave out the spaces between @, ftp:// and so on, I'm putting them
only to avoid it getting masked or something).
Another possibility is that you try the 'normal' FTP, and if it works,
then, it's possibly a problem with your web browser not being able to
access to the authenticated FTP. This is the link:

You might see some documents here.
I can't put these documents in public FTP because they are usually
checked for copyrighted stuff by some folks, and no matter that here
it is legal to share information between particulars 'gratis', it's
better to try to overcome it.
