A walk near the bridge in WWC campus revealed a couple of birds I did not
expect. There were three Meadowlarks in the field before the bridge on the
left approaching from US 70. These birds were way too far way to photograph
and mixed with 50 starlings. In the field on the right before the bridge a
juvenile Red-tailed Hawk sat in a tree for 45 minutes and let me photograph it
from 50 feet.
