Lake effect storm.
This morning around 8 am:
A coupla inches on the white SU-crossover-whatever.
About 4:30 pm. About 5 inches on the white thingie. Slow shitter sped to
catch the snowflakes and blur the car.
Around 8 pm:
Still and clear: Still snowing and clear up to my ass. Well, I measured
over 12" new stuff just before writing this.
I can't remember a winter that started so abruptly and continued with the
snow since 1992-93...before Al Gore invented the internet and Global
Warming. Same deal: one storm after another. When the piles of
shoveled/plowed snow reached 5 or 6 feet, many people gave up shoveling. I
couldn't. I needed to get to work, so I did a lot of shoveling. I can't do
that now, but I have great neighbors:
I'll get even with 'em somehow.
