i said that Denmark will make a difference. never denied that. will this put
you in 2nd role?
and i went for it. didn't expect anyone to offer it as gift to me.
and arranged it with previous GB, like France has done with previous Russia,
and Turkey as well.
for some reason previous status is following us.
and i asked from the current GB to support me. he is the one to ask (if wishes,
why he did so)
the rest is your interpretation.
at least i'm the one who declares open my main objective. i'd be glad to hear
yours.
Please could you tell us what Russia is asking from this war? Not what others
shouldn't do, but what you would like to have.

I am really sorry that I thought that Prussia wants Denmark to help her
establish dominant status. It seems Prussia only wants it because she saw
Denmark first. I would let the talks between great (?) Britain and Prussia (on
Denmark) not commented upon
but then
(1) what right has/had GB to dispose on Denmark
(2) Russia hadn't been asked and Russia got sth that she was never meant to
have, just go to prove my point that (part at least of) the quadruple alliance
wants Russia delegated to a secondary role. Why should I oblige you?
Minor XXX are extremely useful in (a) guarding supply lines (b) besieging
by-passed fortresses and (c) being used as cannon fodder
while first line Prussian XXX (min. 14i-3c) can easily keep the French at bay
(is there anyone who did not notice how well France did when confronted last
year by four enemies?).
Unless of course Austria and Spain do not come to Prussia's assistance (lol)

interesting to see topics 1 & 3 in the same email
i agree that 1 takes much more time than expected. what is happening in every
debate so far, is that each side stands firm on his opinion and nothing else
matters ....
so, since interpretation of rules is subjective at most cases, i think it is
useless any argumentation. let's vote to get over with it.
regarding 3, i'd like to believe that things are a bit different than how they
are presented from Russia.
I'm surprised hearing from someone of his experience that Prussia is going to
enjoy an era of Magnitude and Glory. so, please allow me to present another
view of the Prussian Empire (!!!)
1. Hanover, offers infantry/cavalry of morale 2. to me is like an expensive
militia
2. Hesse, indeed a fine Corps of 8 inf + 2 Cav
3. Saxony, starts as part of initial prussian "country". would be of any
question to ask why Russia holds 3 cossack areas?
4. Denmark, this will make a difference. even out of question i will remind
that there will be NO WAY to fall in Russian control, except of declaring
Prussia war to it. i did it as a result of previous GB talks. it is a fact that
Russia has something that NEVER meant to have.
5. Only Russia counts it as minor. it is part of Prussian territory and its
deceleration as a free state could be a casus bellum for more than one countries
and some more, who is going to disagree that Hanover and Hesse are the first
areas/minors that France might go for? is there any chance to defend themselves
vs. french armies? or mighty prussia will defend them?
all those super power minors are still unable to match even the half economy
capabilities of any other Major Power. is it an issue if Prussia tries to stand
as an equal in front of Your Majesty?
My last concern is to change your mind. My priority is to play this "Major
Power" (at least a such one is referred in the rules) as better as i can, like
you do.

Subject: [eiagreek] several issues
1. on the retreat issue I have already made clear my point that a XXX must
retreat towards a depot that can supply it and is in an area that can be
entered and stayed in by the retreating XXX
2. the revisions to the rules I sent were not meant to be used in this game
3. to speed up the game
if the board wants to throw Russia out of the game and give Prussia lots of
PPs, have her in a Dominant position, controlling a compact area that can use
interior lines and having the use of the forces of five minor countries
(Hanover, Hesse, Saxony, Denmark and Poland) minimum, then the board can do it
but will have to fight for it. I know my chances of defending against four (or
more) nations are non-existent at best, but I simply cannot willingly put
myself in a second rate power place; you will have to force me to unconditional
surrender
please don't bother to comment on this, it won't change my decision
