Dear Excellency,
In light of recent developments I would like to welcome peace between
great nations of Russia and Prussia, Spain and Austria on the other side.
As a sign of good will we will immediately open trade with the Russian
merchants. Unfortunately due to war still in effect the only port open
to trade is Odessa.
With Turkish blessing (and open Dardanelles) Russian treasury is
increased for 2 and British for 1.
