Denmark can be taken as Conquered or Free (Prussia's choice)
Port use and depot building in Russia by any of Pru/Au/Sp can only be
obtained through peace condition C5 so Spain will have to use Turkish
or travel through Austriathe
Peace can only happen in October so ECOs shall remain as they are
(though I have no issue with anyone changing it)
