Hahaha! You are amazing! Is this your way to convince Russia to play last???

Note that this can happen with other combinations as well, there is no need
for France or GB. Example: Austria and Russia are allied and at war with
Turkey.
The order of play in land phase is Russia, Turkey, Austria. If however they
declare combined move, they both play after Turkey
This can also happen with alliances with Spain. Since Spain always plays
last, anyone allied with Spain will play last if they combine. So several
nations can gain a double-move this way if they wish, playing last one turn,
then playing again in their own turn, whether Spain is at war with their
enemy or not.

Correct, excluding France, Russia plays first from all other countries. So
when France and Russia combined movement even by choosing to move according
to the last player's sequence (which is Russia since France may play before
Russia) then they still play before all other countries. So for the combined
of these two countries only, the option is practically that they can play in
any order they decide in the sequence!

I think it is just that Russia anyway plays before Prussia / Austria.

When someone has time please tel me how combined moves work with
France/Britain.
I know when two "ordinary" countries combine they move in the sequence of
the last one. I never quite understood how, when you combine with France,
suddenly you can move anywhere is sequence.

Back to Russia. Dimitris to decide if he plays first in the land phase,

Russia and Spain completed their naval, France has no naval. So only

Yes.
It comes down to some property right of counters in Cyberboard scenario
file.
First the map is set to allow non-owners to access pieces on the map.
This means I can access and move tokens I do not own, for example I can
access French corps and move them all over the map.
Second the token group (French for example) is set to allow non-owners
to access the tray. This means as Britain I can open the French list of
tokens (list with all corps, fleets, depots...). Now as Britain I can 1.
select and move French corps and 2. put the corps back in the list and
remove from map and 3 take tokens from French list and put back on map
(for example depot that was forgotten).
But all these setting make Britain see everything in French corps
(including the number of the corps) so we have setting number three:
Third the token group is set to Only the top side is visible. This means
all non-owner (everyone) can only see the top side with the country flag
and inf or cav corps but the rear side remains invisible (for all except
French player). So France is the only one to know what corps number it
is, for the rest that is invisible as if it doesn't exist.

While the Czar is preparing his turn maybe Tiron could show us how it
is possible to "remind me to explain how I prepared CB files for our
last campaign - everyone can move other counters but they can't see the
back side (corps number) and every player can add his own secret text
to every counter (I like to write corps strength to know how many
troops I have where).
No need to wait for corps owner to move counters, anyone can do it."
