Marathon fullday session is not intended for all the attendees.
It is intended for those few people who are passionate to think on the "ways of
Reducing Weight of School bag" will attend morning session. Of course this is
voluntary. Anybody willing can come.
Obviously dignitaries coming inthe evening programme wont be seen in morning.

To allot the roles of members in the project
To create concensus on some method to reduce the weight of school bag
To draft the possible actionable (things)
To allot the responsibilities as per the actionables to the members
To explore the avenues like generation of any fund or budgetary provision to
the project
To coin some good name to our method in discussion so as to float the idea
after giving "finishing touches" to it.
