Basically the program is going to be held with a focus exclusively on
getting schools to migrate to free software.
This will include introduction to why what and how of FOSS which is the
first essential step.
Then demo of programs.
Then this time we are thinking of immediate outcomes, like for example,
we will ask representatives of the schools when they would like to
invite us and how we can migrate their labs to free software.
As Sidhart was suggesting, the "ultimatum strategy".
Second change is going to be as Prasad Suggested, specific time limit
will be a lotted to every speaker so we don't blast out of time and put
pressure on last few speakers.
Lastly Digital Freedom Foundation is planning along with FSMM to make a
kit with the zorin OS so that participants carry home some thing very
important.

Obviously dignitaries coming inthe evening programme wont be seen in morning.
