I agree with Marcelo: that's bullshit. They cannot trademark all "circle
over circle" images and there is no derivative in this logo. We can decide
to drop those circles, but if we do that is to try to get their approval...
I wouldn't be surprised if they keep going on this for long.

I say keep it as it is and screw them, but that's only my vote.

Hi,

We need to redo the logo. Eclipse will not approve the crescent which I
thought they would.

Specifically it is the part where the "moon" overlaps the sun and leaves
that crescent.
