Steps:
1. you have to buy a code signing certificate ($$)
2. You have to execute jarsigner after the build to sign your jars
For 1 there are options to use your own certificate or use a free or cheep
certificate. If you make your own cerificate you still get a warning but it
is a bit nicer. Try to install Yeeeuls eclipse themes from marketplace [1]
to see what I mean
For 2: Tycho can do jarsigning, I just don't have any experience with it.
For Nebula we do not sign our jars.
