Hi Clare and all
I remember Kenneth Williams reading this book on Jackanory. Our music
teacher at primary school, Jim Taylor, actually transcribed this book into
braille. I loved it at the time but the memory fades re detail. But it had
magic carpets and dragons in it!
Now, Jackanory! Who remembers that? I didn't realise that it ran for over
30 years.
