Yes, I agree on at least two of these. But I have to say that much to my surprise, I thoroughly enjoyed a history of tractors in Ukrainian; it was extremely well read, the characters were very colourful and for what it lacked in the way of a plot, it more than made up for in humour and atmosphere.
