Hi Katie,

In a school situation, certainly here in the UK, you normally apply
the Spanish Style to the Spanish text.

This is different to beginning a document using the Spanish Template
where the rules are 100% Spanish.

I have to say that many do feel this way of dealing with some
languages is confusing. In the French Style, for example, numbers are
treated as we do in English, and yet the French use their Antoine
numbering system.

George.

Subject: [duxuser] transcribing Spanish worksheets

What is the proper way to choose the Spanish translation when
transcribing a Spanish class document? I have the document in Word
2007 and it has the accented letters and special punctuation already.

Document - translation tables - Spanish or
Layout - translation code - Spanish text

Any other tricks I should know when using Duxbury while transcribing
Spanish. The last time I transcribed Spanish it was without braille
translation software!
