[duxuser] transcribing Spanish worksheets

What is the proper way to choose the Spanish translation when transcribing
a Spanish class document? I have the document in Word 2007 and it has the
accented letters and special punctuation already.
Document - translation tables - Spanish or
Layout - translation code - Spanish text
Any other tricks I should know when using Duxbury while transcribing
Spanish. The last time I transcribed Spanish it was without braille
translation software!
