[duxuser] setting header

I'm sorry I didn't make my problem clearer. I am not embossing, only Brailling
a book with Duxbury on my computer and sending it to the library in Raleigh for
embossing. I know nothing about embossing. According to the Code Book, three
blank cells should be left before and after each line of the centered heading.
Since the page numbers will run into 3 digits, I think I'm out of luck in
trying to put the heading on only one line.
