Hi Fellow duxusers, I don't know the ins and outs but having looked at that second link (interesting to note that I picked up that forum elsewhere in my personal perusals of another issue at work - there is no support anymore at Microsoft - they expect non ms-devs to contribute to the forum alluded to in the second link!). Found this which may or may not help: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa155754(v=office.10).aspx Now if it does work, perhaps someone can tell me why if I put a text box over a picture in Office (Word) 2007, when I print it out I only get the tail end of the text box and words - to the left just a grey mass! I typed the Word error message you received into a search engine and it pulled up numerous links to online discussion groups and articles offering information on the Microsoft error message you received. Among them are this Microsoft knowledge base article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/302632 and this online discussion from someone who got the same error using Word with templates: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/isvvba/thread/416f81d4-efec-4589-9cab-c782b68d74bf and this one from someone using Word with another product (not DBT): http://www.proz.com/forum/sdl_trados_support/108773-macro_not_found_or_disabled.html Hopefully one of those will point you in the right direction. Dan, said to look at the macro settings which I have done time after time. Otherwise, he said that it was a Word problem. I don't believe that Microsoft support would know, or maybe even care, about this problem. Hence, how may I receive proper support from Duxbury?
