[duxuser] problem with DBT support

George, I want to appeal the cursory response to my problem with sending my
Word document to Duxbury. Dan, said to look at the macro settings which I
have done time after time. Otherwise, he said that it was a Word problem. I
don't believe that Microsoft support would know, or maybe even care, about
this problem. Hence, how may I receive proper support from Duxbury?
