[duxuser] problem using templates

I'm using DBT 10.5, Word 2003 and have Norton Security and antivirus.
When I try to open a Word doc in DBT using one of the texbook formats, I get an
error. It is a Word error that pops up and it says: The file program is not
available.
Then it goes on to say you may be encountering this message because an
anti-virus program is not allowing the file to open. This may be caused by one
of two conditions. I forget the exact wording, but it suggests to update the
program, or that there is a virus in the program that the anti-virus can't
fix...
Norton is up to date and it scans as clean. I've tried turning off both Norton
security and anti-virus, but I still get that error.
As a result, I then get a DBT error that the reference page number can't be
processed and the file won't oepn correctly.
Anyone know how to resolve this?
