Hi Maureen, I should probably know this, but what version of Word were you using? In Word 2010, you simply highlight the bulleted paragraph(s), right click, and select "Bullets", then one of the options is "None". I'm not sure about Word 2003, but recall that it is in menu item. A quick look at Help should tell you. George. I would have liked to remove the bullets as this is for a second grader, but was not successful. Last year when I did it I would go to the outline tab of the program and copy and paste into word. All the captions to the power point should be in the outline template of the program. I am now having a problem with the pages or format. If a document is more than one page long it adds a blank page between Brailled pages. I am not sure where to go in the program to stop this from happening. I am also a little afraid of messing with anything since I have spent two weeks getting this computer up and running. Can anyone assist is telling me where to find the setting to stop this paper waste?
