Thanks, George! I did that, but it did not change! I can take them out
individually by highlighting and them deleting. I am using 2010, but the power
point may not have been

Hi Maureen,

I should probably know this, but what version of Word were you using?

In Word 2010, you simply highlight the bulleted paragraph(s), right click, and
select "Bullets", then one of the options is "None".

I'm not sure about Word 2003, but recall that it is in menu item. A quick look
at Help should tell you.

George.

I initially saved it as an RTF, reformatted it a bit, such as making all text
begin at the left margin, then saved it as a word doc.

I would have liked to remove the bullets as this is for a second grader, but
was not successful.

I hope .rtf will work. I recently tried importing one and got a message to save

Got it! I went to options, and there is an option to save as another type of
doc. I saved it as an RTF. Voila!

Depends on the version of the power point. Last year when I did it I would go
to the outline tab of the program and copy and paste into word. All the
captions to the power point should be in the outline template of the program.

Anyone know a quick way to take the info on a power point and translate it?
Does DXBY accept power points?! If not, how can I do this without spending all
night?!

Subject: [duxuser] DBT/Tiger embossor

Hello-
Recently my work computer crashed, and I was given an old spare/desk top to
use; unfortunately, I had to installl DBT on it and the Tiger Pro Ink Embossor;
however, the DBT program is 10.6 not 11.1 or 1.4.
I am now having a problem with the pages or format.
If a document is more than one page long it adds a blank page between Brailled
pages. I am not sure where to go in the program to stop this from happening. I
am also a little afraid of messing with anything since I have spent two weeks
getting this computer up and running.
Can anyone assist is telling me where to find the setting to stop this paper
waste?

Best Regards, Sherry
