To manually insert the sign, you use [cb-&].  To let DBT figure out where
to put it,, after the opening [es~comp-inline] style, put [wb-cb] which is
word breaking for computer braille.  Before the closing [ee~comp-inline],
put [wb] which resumes normal word breaking.
