As far as I know, if the columns were created in Word, the formatting will be
horrible when you open the file in DBT.

Wow I am learning so many things from reading all your comments. I have a
question. How do I make columns with Duxbury? My columns don't seem to line
up correctly and I end up manually editing them. Is there a way to create
columns for simple material (ie. single words in each of two columns) with a
separation line?
